What a treat for boating enthusiasts: over 250 boats were on display at the 2018 Helsinki Boat-Afloat Show. We also happily feature more marine and shore activities than ever before. And we’ve added a whole new theme, fishing!  Check out fishing boats, the latest equipment and tips. To avoid queues and to enter the raffle for super prizes, buy your tickets in advance.

To captivate every fisherman, the Boat-Afloat Show features the very latest fishing gear. On Alandia boat insurance fishing dock we show 18 boats equipped for recreational fishing. We have prepared a diverse programme for fishers to enjoy. Learn from the experts. Whether you need to brush up on your fishing techniques or to receive some tips for choosing equipment, you’ll have a fun day with us.

MARINE FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY

The Boat-Afloat Show is full of activities and adventures for the entire family. Enjoy sailing, SUP paddling and other water sports. We have fishing demos at Alandia Fishing Boat Dock and maintenance work displays at the Venemestari Dock. Street food cafeterias serve delicacies from around the world.

PURCHASING TICKETS IN ADVANCE

Purchasers of advance tickets can participate in the raffle and win prizes! The main prize is a 3-hour Lagoon Charter sailing trip for up to 12 people in Helsinki archipelago.  Value of the prize is 2 585 euros.

Free bus service from the Lauttasaari metro station to the Boat-Afloat Show during opening hours. Uiva bus station is situated outside Lauttis Shopping Centre on the corner of Lauttasaarentie and Otavantie.
